The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) is the leading
agency in providing the country's official statistics. To ensure DOSM remains
relevant in the delivery of statistical services, the Department Strategic Plan
(PSJ) 2021-2025 has been drawn up as a continuation of the Department
Transformation Plan (PTJ) 2015-2020.
The PSJ 2021-2025 is a document that outlines DOSM's
planning and direction for the five-year period from 2021 to 2025. This
five-year planning is a guideline to achieve DOSM's vision as a Leader in
Statistical Services for Universal Prosperity.
This strategic plan is aligned with the changes in the
current socio-economic landscape at the domestic and international level,
especially in the aspect of delivering official statistics which is an
important core to the development of the country.
